Ken Harris was shot and killed during an attempted robbery in Northeast Baltimore.
Police say Harris was at the New Haven Lounge when three men tried to rob the establishment.
Investigators say Harris tried to run to his car and was shot once in the chest.
He died later at Johns Hopkins University.
