A message to all members of The Core DJ's Network
We always end up "doing the Goofy" and runnin up behind someone WHO's NOT a DJ trying to throw a DJ EVENT. Following somone WHO IS NOT A DJ when they start a conference, a a click, a crew, movement, ect ... GOOFY shit.
Ask yourself, what does this PERSON know about being a DJ or providing what I need as a DJ to further my career without Him/Her benefiting from it as well.Don't make sense to me. I thought we was over that? ANYTIME someone (other than a DJ) throws a DJ event or starts A DJ click, rest assure it's about getting a check cause we there and NOT about US.
We had NO REASON to go to that. We have ENOUGH fellowship events throughout the year to see and network with each other what the HELL are we marching for?? No one was able to tell me that. NO ONE.
Its the same garbage they say (those who are not DJ's) about Health insurance, ect, ect, ect .... Yeah, yeah, yeah BUT NO ONE has done it cause AS DJ's,
WE (as DJ's) ARE TOO unstable to share plans with OTHER DJ's. NO ONE is willing to risk getting dropped from a group rate when ONE DJ decides NOT to pay his premium. Fuck that shit, I got kids ... I don't have time to play wit a bunch of unstable muthafuckas with my life.
"The Goofy" is the term I use cause we do goofy sh#t instead of taking our careers in our OWN hands, having OUR OWN events, we do GOOFY shit and FOLLOW someone cause they SAY they have a good idea.
DJ's a NOT focused long enough to see things through. Instead, the run and support BULLSHIT that they KNOW is BULLSHIT.
That was a very UNNECESSARY event with a good name except for one thing ... IT'S NOT even 3,000 DJ's let alone ONE MILLION!!!!!!!! Who the HELL thinks its ONE MILLION DJ's?? That more that some cities!!

And we STILL went.
